Biography
Janet Hull is the Founder and Managing Partner of TJBC Advisors. She brings more than 30 years of experience with the Big 4, where she held senior partner and practice leadership roles serving some of the world’s most complex organizations.
Over her career, Janet advised boards, audit committees and C-suite executives across financial services, healthcare, energy, technology and the public sector. She led large-scale transformation, risk and transaction programs, and built high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams across multiple markets.
It was while leading those teams that Janet recognized a persistent gap: clients were too often served by whoever was available, rather than by the professional best qualified for their challenge. She founded TJBC Advisors to close that gap, pairing a rigorously vetted network of senior consultants with a precise, data-informed matching approach and the quality standards she upheld throughout her Big 4 career.
Today, Janet personally oversees the TJBC network and matching methodology, and continues to advise leadership teams directly on their most consequential decisions.
